Seller – a legal entity registered and placing its goods on the platform for the purpose of sale.

Buyer – a legal entity registered on the platform for the purpose of purchasing goods posted on the platform by Sellers.

Auction – section (module) on the platform, with the help of which the Seller can display the product, quickly sell it, and the Buyer has the opportunity to purchase the product at a favorable price.

2. General terms

2.1. The “Auction” section operates only within the framework of the “Secure deal” service provided by the platform.

2.2. The auction takes place according to the established time of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

2.3. All conditions for the delivery and acceptance of goods purchased at the Auction are discussed by the Buyer directly with the Seller. The Platform does not take part in organizing the shipment/delivery process and is not legally responsible for the failure of the Buyer and Seller to fulfill their obligations to each other.

3. Terms of use of the "Auction" module for the Seller

3.1. The number of “Auctions” that the Seller can organize on the platform is limited by limits within the terms of the account used. Information on limits is available in the Seller’s personal account.

3.2. If the limit for organizing “Auctions” is exhausted, the Seller can increase his limit by selecting an account of a different level or purchase an additional number of “Auctions” (for an Enterprise account) by contacting the platform support service through the feedback form

3.3. The seller independently determines the time of the “Auction”, the quantity of goods sold and the level of price changes during the “Auction”. The seller can set the “Auction” to increase or decrease the price during the bidding period. The minimum duration of trading at the Auction is 60 seconds. The maximum duration of trading at the “Auction” is 180 seconds.

3.4. To organize bidding through the “Auction”, you must submit an application in the Seller’s personal account to activate this module.

3.5. To organize bidding through the “Auction”, the Seller must make a guaranteed deposit within the framework of the terms of use “Secure deal”.

3.6. The seller puts the goods up for auction in the “Auction” in the currency of the sales region in accordance with the terms of the «Secure deal». The “Auction” is visible to all users of the Platform. Only those Buyers who have a positive required balance in the currency of the Auction can take part in the “Auction” and make a purchase.

4. Terms of use of the "Auction" module for the Buyer

4.1. The buyer sees all active “Auctions” on the platform.

4.2. The Buyer can take part in bidding at the Auction and purchase the goods only if he has a positive required balance in the currency of the Auction.

4.3. If during bidding at the Auction an item was purchased by mistake and the Buyer is forced to refuse it, this can be done by writing to the Platform support service within 1 (one) hour after the end of bidding at the Auction. In this case, penalties for refusing the goods are not applied to the Buyer and the money is returned to the Buyer’s balance. In other cases, refusal of purchased goods is regulated by penalties provided for in the terms of use "Secure deal".

4.4. Refusal of the goods by the buyer without penalty is also possible in the event of force majeure circumstances, the occurrence and duration of which is confirmed by a document issued by the relevant competent authority. Such circumstances include wars, hostilities, epidemics, fires, natural disasters (floods, hurricanes, earthquakes and other natural disasters and cataclysms), civil unrest, uprisings, terrorist acts, acts and actions of government bodies that make it impossible to fulfill obligations Buyer for registration and acceptance of goods within the framework of the ongoing auction. The Buyer is obliged to notify the platform as soon as possible of the occurrence of such force majeure circumstances.
